To return an item, please e-mail customer service at info@parkingarmor.com within 15 days of receipt of your shipment for a return authorization. Please include in the e-mail purchasers name / address, e-mail (the one used when ordering) order ID #, and a contact number. This information will assist us in locating your order.
Upon reciept we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. The item must be in new / re-sellable condition.
We will not refund / exchange items that are received after 30 days.
We will not accept products returned without a return authorization #. PRODUCTS THAT ARE DIRTY or DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE or ABUSE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
